Just 10 minutes to Scottsdale or 30 to Phoenix or Tempe, you will love the small town feel while enjoying the close proximity to such health facilities as Scottsdale Healthcare,The Mayo Clinic and specialists in every field.

To ensure personalized attention we accept a maximum of five residents. Our staff are certified care-givers with additional training in listening and communication skills. We believe that one of the most important aspects of caring for you in our home is to understand your needs and adapt as they change.

Spacious common rooms allow residents the choice of joining into a group activity or enjoying some quiet time listening to music or reading the paper. Heart House encourages family visits and will happily plan for celebrations. Enjoying meals in the company of friends promotes well-being.

Every resident bedroom will accommodate an individual or a couple. Choose a private en-suite bathroom or shared facilities. All bedrooms are beautifully appointed upon move in. Because we treat every resident as an individual we will be delighted to add special touches that make you feel like our home is your home.
