my aunt lives at Fullerton Residential Manor. it is our understanding that Pat is no longer there. according to my aunt she was arrested for stealing from cliants. no one will tell us anything so i plan to go to the media.

Im looking to find out where I need to send a complaint on a assisted living facility where the administrator is discriminating against employees, not paying all the wages, firing people without seeing it first and not letting employees out for a break.

I would like to know how to file a cpmplaint from Mission Viejo, my Aunt was treated very poorly, and had her engagement ring with a large Diamond which was to be passed over to her Sister in Canada, I had visited her a few times and she had it on her finger and then when she passed away, they never gave it to our Family....... They had the administrator's grand children coming into the room while we were visiting and asking for money and trats all the time.... really rude and did not sit very well with us.. - lori manera

Hi Jan,

Each state is different. We list the state licensing agencies for each state in our assisted living directory. On each state's site, if they publish the inspection and complaint data, you should be able to find it there.
