what is the math formula for florida assisted living facility to calculate number of staff ratio to resident
the last time i had to calculate the state requirement was 2.5 hours a day per resident. thank you

Hi Louise,
I am not sure if this is specified anywhere as an "exact ratio".
On our Florida assisted living directory page we have adapted the National Center for Assisted Living's annual regulatory review, and the staffing requirements essentially say a "sufficient" number of staff.
I would recommend contacting the Florida licensing office to see if there is a specific ratio as we haven't found one mentioned.
