When I try to call my father at Village At Northrise - Desert Willow Ii at any of the three numbers I have for the facility I receive the reply "This phone number has been disconnected or is no longer in service" Numbers I have used are correct and working when dialed from other phones than my own. I have no way to contact anyone at Village At Northrise and feel this problem my stem from their phones somehow since my father has had the same trouble. Could someone please look into this for me. I would hate for anything to happen to my father and not to have been able to speak with him because of a phone issue. This has been a problem for going on two weeks now.

Please forward me with either an email address for Village At Northrise or the personal phone number of an official at the facility.
