This place deserves zero stars. But I want to spread word out to help others make decisions about where to put their loved one(s). I strongly recommend to not choose this place. We submitted a family member here and, at first the place was cheerful and you can feel the positive energy in the vicinity. Come a while later, the place has so many negative emotions. The nurses and workers changed (not in a good way) due to the change in ownership of the company which progresses to, I'm going to be honest, not giving a sh** about anything. With my understanding it is now privately owned. There are less patients walking around the halls and the occasional chitter chatter you'd hear has completely vanished and the patients were in a way 'brain dead' though not in a coma. There are so many more details I can go into but please take my advice into account. Don't put your loved one(s) in this facility, don't make the mistake we did. I pray that word will get out about Rittenhouse. This is not a place for ANYONE.

This is the worst place to work... They are so unprofessional and disrespectful... It supposed to be assistant living but got people living there that need to be in a skilled facility.. Shelby Woods is awful she have her picks and choose in who and how to deal with situations
