The Terrace at Priceville is absolutely the best! I have lived here in one of their independent cottages for 8 years, and I could not be more pleased with everything here. The staff is wonderful. They are always ready to assist in any way needed. The other residents of the community are friendly, and everyone gets along like one big family. I'm truly blessed to be here. I highly recommend The Terrace at Priceville.

My husband and I have lived at the Terrace in Priceville for a year and a half. Two weeks after we arrived my husband became ill. Their staff response to our emergency pendent allowed us to get medical care in record time. We are privileged to live near and spend time with others our age and share similar interests. Many activities are scheduled for our participation and enjoyment. Supervised outings are provided that are suitable for our interest and physical abilities. Meals are provide daily. Housekeeping, home repair and well maintained yards. Nursing care is provide 24-7 for assisted living and memory care. Pendants are provided for each resident for assistance in case of emergency. Four years ago, I came to live at The Terrace of Priceville. I have never regretted my move. My health was declining and I had begun to feel unsafe in my townhouse. Now living at The Terrace, I feel safe, and know if I get sick, etc. I will have folks to help me. I have made some close friends. The food is good, lots of good fellowship and enough activities to keep you as busy as you want to be. I feel welcomed and loved her. I love The Terrace.

My Dad has been at Terrace for about a year in half. When we first got there it was great. But now they have lost some of the best Staff. Now I go and see him and his room is dirty, and he is dirty!!! I don't understand why they would let this beautiful place go down hill. I have when to the head person there. I have called the head of the Terrace. Nothing has been done. It's so hard to find somewhere else for my Dad. We pay $4,500.00 a month she should be getting a bath every day. But he only get one 2 to 3 times a week. So please check on other places before you chose this place. I have him signed up somewhere else, but it could be months!! Please pray for my Dad!!!

We have been living at The Terrace at Priceville for 6 1/2 years and hope to as many years as we have remaining. The one level throughout is especially apprecisted since I must use a walkrr. The rooms in independent living are all so nice and large even the guest room and bathrooms.
