My grandmother has been at Country Cottage for almost a year. We love the staff and the care she receives. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for an assisted living.

This facility provides the worst care possible. My mother was there almost 2 months and was never provided help with shower. So the only way she could be clean was to wash up in the sink in the bathroom on her own. The food served was cold more than not and did not taste good. The aides told me and my Mother on many occasions they did not know how to help with the oxygen - they were new. One aide tried to give her someone else's medicine. Thanks goodness my Mother was alert and knew that the meds were not hers. After multiple meetings with the administrator we made a decision to move my Mother to another facility because the care was so terrible.

Last fall we moved my mom out of her home of over 40 years into Country Cottage. While that experience is hard on all family members, especially the one being uprooted from their familiar surroundings, I cannot express how comforting it was to find a home like atmosphere for her at Country Cottage. She has a wonderful room with a courtyard view, her own furniture, and the staff is friendly and accomodating. It has been seven months now and mom considers Country Cottage her home now. I highly recommend Country Cottage if you are considering a new home for your loved one. Judy Johnson
