I had the opportunity to support this community!!! Brookdale Chandler Regional by far has the most compassionate, respectful, excellent associates and residents!! Starting at the top with the Executive director who takes time out of his day to STOP and listen to resident concerns, family concerns and associate concerns!! He is always available and resolves most concerns if possible within state regulations. He is building an extraordinary team!!! The care provided to the residents is more than words can say, the associates AND Leaders truly CARE!!! It is very much noticed by the smiles on the residents faces!!! I would absolutely agree with my family member if they wanted to live at Brookdale Chandler Regional knowing they would be extremely happy!!!! Thank you to all associates for Enriching the lives in those we serve with compassion, respect, excellence and integrity!!!

The staff is very compassionate and extremely dedicated to meet all the needs of each resident. They call all residents and family by their first names and truly care about the residents. The Executive Director Justin and his management staff all go above and beyond with such patience and concern for the residents. The dinning room and meals are really outstanding Chef Brandon and his staff prepares five special entrees for Lunch and dinner each day in addition to decadent desserts. The activities Director is outstanding she plans numerous activities for each day including classes, games, special lectures, concerts on site, field trips to interesting places and events, parties, and movies in the theater. There are plenty of Town Hall meeting opportunities for residents to provide feedback to the administrative staff and the chef. They are always responsive to each resident's individual needs. I highly recommend living at Brookdale Chandler Regional for those transitioning into their elder years or need assisted living.

I am lucky enough to work at Brookdale Chandler Regional. The staff are quite incredible with many long tenured associates. 2 associates have actually been at the community since it opened in 1998. When walking in to the community you immediately feel the warm and inviting atmosphere! I would definitely recommend visiting at 230pm on Fridays as Happy hour is served from the tiki bar with live entertainment.
