That should be a quarter star. Be aware that this is not the place for your loved one. After 2 days experience , was afraid to leave Mom there at night. Poor care and did not recognize that a stroke had occurred. We found out after dispatching a private service to the home after we arrived and saw her condition. Moved her to the hospital and she is now in Hospice. Also did not prorate any refund after only 3 days and even stiffed the care service that recommended them. Keep looking.....

Horrible place. Caregivers are not experienced enough to know how to care for residents.

My Mother has been with Prescious Love for 4 years. The owner Sam and workers take very good care of her, and have been very helpful when I need someone to watch my motherinlaw also. They go above & beyond and I appreciate all of them very much. I would recommend this home. Originally we went with a larger home and they did not do anything and we're not giving meds on time. I was running with emergencies all the time. Sam gives me peace of mind and I know my Mom is safe here and watched.
