Terrible place. My grandfather passed away in 2015. We did NOT find out he passed until 10 DAYS AFTER! Not only did we find out 10 days later but we found out in a new paper. They SAID we didn't leave anything saying how to get ahold of us. That was false. I had left mine and my family's numbers with the "receptionist" they had and she told me I was good to go. Unfortunately to this day I still am very upset about it. NEVER EVER LET YOUR LOVE ONE MOVE INTO THIS FACILITY. As a caregiver I know the regulations and guideline on howthings should have been handled and this is NOT how it should have been done.

Caregivers r very polite and caring. The work together as a great team. I'm glad to have them taking care of me. Like a family.

I CAN'T understand how these people say their caregivers when the facility is always filthy, and not sanitized at all!!! The facility manager will tell you lies, just so you get out of her (Patty) face. This place is not to living standards by far, so my advice to anyone is to stay as far as as away from this place as you can!!!
