I have had several friends and business acquaintances who have used Cerbat Guest Home for themselves and family members. I recently paid for a friend to live with Sandy Schmitz and her staff for more than a year until old age took it final toll. I find the staff kind and helpful. The costs were reasonable. The medical care was very good. The management was always easy to work with and helpful in addressing questions. I am please to recommend Cerbat Guest Home and Sandra Schmitz for anyone looking for a good place for a loved one in need of this kind of service. Cerbat Guest Home was superior to the other similar facilities I have used or visited.

As a former employee I can tell you that Cerbat Guest Home is fake. Sandy Shmidt the owner is a very selfish woman. Hiring employees that do not have good references or work history. She does not take care of her employees very well. I understand, some employees would beg to differ. I believe they just settled and personally heard that the older employees get better pay and favoritism. My opinion is if you cant take care of the staff, how do you expect to take care off the residents.
