Our grandmother has been at Class Act for 7 or 8 years, and we can't stress enough how AMAZING the staff is here. They consistently keep the residents engaged with crafts and games, they host music days where an outside musician comes to play, and they all treat our grandmother and the other residents with care and love. It's so nice to know she's taken care of if we're out for a week or two on vacation, or just can't stop by for a few days. Josh, the new owner, has done SO much for this business, too! He's personally invested time and money into making it a safe, comfortable space. Everything from new flooring to foundation work to plastic on the walls so the wheelchairs won't scuff it--Josh and his wife have paid attention. But most importantly, they've done wonders for our grandma's health. At 94, with severe dementia, it'd be easy for people to take advantage of her. But her hair is always dyed and styled, and her nails are always painted, and her clothes always match. The level of care can't be emphasized more. Even on the rare occasion she has to be hospitalized, the nurses and doctors have frequently emphasized, "she's just so *clean*." That level of comfort and care is worth the money. ?? THANK YOU, Class Act!! We love you guys!

After suffering a stroke, my father was in a rehab facility, then transitioned to Class Act for several months before, ultimately, returning home. The kindness, compassion and level of care he received at Class Act was excellent. The staff was very attentive to his needs and took the time to get to know him as a person - he wasn't just another resident in their group home. I witnessed that with the other residents, too. The staff treated everyone like a member of the family - from meals around the dining room table, to birthday celebrations complete with cake and candles, Class Act truly provided a warm and nurturing home environment for my dad, for which I was most grateful. I cannot say enough good things about Josh and his staff of caregivers. Given that I live out of state, it was most reassuring to me that my dad was well taken care of. I would highly recommended this facility for your loved ones!

Not as luxurious as the Scottsdale facility gramps was in a few years ago, but he definitely seems much happier in this intimate setting. The staff treats him well, like family, and I know he's loved. House is always well kept and the nurses are kind and funny... the house actually smells good lol

Finally a group home where we can have peace of mind. We've moved my peepa a few times and just couldn't find the right place. Caregivers here are super friendly and the house manager communicates to us frequently. Thanks for being a good home for our family

I stopped in unexpectedly to see my Grandma and was overwhelmingly surprised to see the staff had her eating and talking with the other residents. She was so lonely at home and at first the transition was hard- she didn't want to come out of her room. It made my heart so happy to see her interacting. I even caught her 'dancing' with the caregivers. Thank you Class Act Assisted Living!
