This assisted living center changed ownership around Nov of 2017 and their WHOLE entire staff quit over the next three weeks because they disliked the new owners so much! I liked this facility when I first moved my mother here in March of 2017 but it's been all downhill since! Many nights all they feed them for dinner is soup. They don't change their diapers often enough, if you go there during a shift change they often are understaffed. Sometimes only one caregiver for 15-18 residents. They have run out of her meds and asked me if I could order some, they have asked me to buy both diapers and wipes even though my mother's insurance covers them. I would only send your loved one here if you can't afford anything better. *Update - the new ownership have hired a lot of new staff and many quit or were fired within a few days or weeks. But they have a core group that is actually pretty good (especially Stephanie and Art).
