My parents both resided at this facility for a total of 3 years. At first, it was a welcomed experience, after moving my parents from a larger care home, to Elite. It didn't take long to realize the owners were after the almighty buck, rather than providing the "quality" care my parents deserved. My mother's wedding rings were stolen before I could get them off her finger, following her loss of weight, as I lived out of town, and wasn't always able to come promptly when a health issue took place. After my father died, mom was quickly moved to the least expensive room, which had cracked tiles outside my mother's room. Something that is quite dangerous for a resident who solely depended on a walker to get to the restroom or meals. I requested the floor be repaired or replaced, for nearly a year, and the owners never fixed it. The bathroom assigned to my mother's room, had drainage & sewer issues that were not addressed. When my parent's each passed, I thought the owners might send a card of condolence, or attend their celebration of life, but I suppose that was too much to ask from a couple that owned & operated this facility. Staff frequently changed & didn't appear to be appreciated, nor compensated, when good help was found. Instead, the pockets of the owner's were lined with fees collected. The owners are shrewd business owners, but hardly exceptional caregivers. Their ownership & operation was driven by the profits, not the care. There are far more caring privately owned residences, licensed for assisted living than Elite Quality. I was in the process of preparing to move my mom to a different facility, but her health worsened & she was put on hospice, who took wonderful care of her, in her final days.

My mother is a nurse/works in healthcare and when we had to place my Grandma, we ended up placing her at Elite. Not only was my entire family impressed with the love, care and attention they gave my Grandma but all who visited (ex: Hospice staff) were also impressed. My grandma had a very nice room with a view of the back patio. The bathrooms are all roll-in and made things much easier on my Grandma with her bathing. They catered to my Grandmother's needs, likes, etc, even remembering to offer her up a little sweet late in the day. It was a great place for her. At the end of my grandmother's life, they were even flexible with their visiting hours, allowing us to stay much later than normal. My grandma liked the activities and was very fond of the staff. I would highly recommend this facility.
