    As someone who came to apply I was very shocked and surprised on the lack of organization and communication between the unit manager and whole rest of the company. I've have waisted a week and so much gas trying to get hired here. Day one I filled out my application and spoke with the unit managers breifly scheduled and interview for that following day. I show up and no one is there to have an interview with me. So I drop off all my certifications and documents and leave. The next day I come back down trying to talk to someone becasue calling no one picks up the receptionist will transfer but no one answers or returns calls, they seemed interested and had wanted that interview the very next day so I waited. Few more days I received 0 calls back. I call them and let them know I'm coming for my documents and certifications The next day, since it's seems like I'm not getting that interview that no one could even give me a heads up that they weren't going to be there. So the next day comes and I go and she never got my documents ready like promised when I called the previous day. So again I drove 38 miles round trip for nothing on 4 separate occasions to be disrespected have a no call no show by the unit manager in my interview. That's not very professional. I could not be more disappointed as an advocate for residents in a place so disorganized that the managers can't keep an appt or at least responsibly inform the other party it needs to be re scheduled. Response to business reply!!!!!! Also I see your response and I didn't leave my name I have the right to keep my name to myself. You know very well who I am I was the potential employee that the unit manager scheduled and interview with and did a no call no show on my interview I'm assuming after finding out from the other woman I'm pregnant, and ignored me for days to come after. I left voicemails on the unit managers phone. Don't manipulate me into lying and taking down my review that I used 100% honesty. this was my true experience. I used my boyfriend's email. I have the right to leave a review on my honest opiopin on the way your companies unit manager in memory care unit. I was disrespected and I couldn't have even been called to reschedule for an interview the day the manger was there? Or be honest and tell me nevermind, Okay Saba, don't tell me I wasn't treated the way I said I was. How can I know the managers name that blew me off if this is the wrong facility? Your management is horrible and disrespectful. The facility without a strong foundation is a joke. One more thing the woman who met with me the day I filled out the app and breifly interviewed with me as I filled out my app, I had told her I was pregnant, and it's really funny that after I leave with a scheduled interview I dont hear back from either of the 2 manangers I met the previous day and get stood up without explination to my interview. I'll be checking with the equal opportunity employment laws because I know pregnancy is also protected as well. I feel I was discriminated against and ignored and blown off due to my pregnancy. Thank you for the time to respond even though you completely ignored all these major problems and tried to claim I am lying and must be mistaken for another facility. I know where I was at I went there back and forth four times, I'm sure I know the name of the company also I called serveral times.
