Dont work here in dining services if you are older. I am in my 50's and I was ridiculed, harrassed, and made fun of by fellow coworkers. I am an older worker and I am also an employed caregiver elsewhere. They gave me a very hard time from day 1 until I resigned. Very immature what was happening with this dining room staff. High school like environment. Complained to human resources and dining supervisor and they did not care so I contacted their corporate office.

La Siena is a lovely place to live. Everything is beautifully kept and tended to at all times, but more importantly the entire staff at La Siena has been amazingly helpful, compassionate, and supportive. I can't speak enough to the effort the staff makes in every facet of daily life here- a big thank you to all of them!

You thank people for their kind reviews but they did not give a review just a five-star rating. Sounds to me like the employees or management did that.

I spoke with a resident she moved to this place from California and she was venting to me about her problems at this place. Telling me that housekeeping steals from her and how the food is made poorly. I would never come to this place and pay over $5000 for low quality food and housekeeping that steals anything from pens to Apple iPods
