My mom lives in one of the patio homes - she loves it and we love it for her! She is independent and still active and really enjoys this community. The staff is so friendly, the other Residents are so welcoming. We love it.

The "bucks for beds" theory is alive in the Green houses. They will take anyone to help cover the electric bill for the summer months and then kick them out. One of the male staff members takes home bags of food daily to feed himself and his Mom while never offering seconds to the people who live there. My family member lost 20+ pounds in 8 weeks. Although they have posted activities that the staff is supposed to lead, most of the time they just sit and talk among themselves - they will put on quite a "good show" when you take a tour.

The lobby smelled of urine. In one room, they found a 97-year-old woman, lying in her own waste. She had severe bruises on her arm, foot and both legs that the staff could not immediately explain. Another resident had a bed sore larger than a golf ball and dripping blood.
