Untrustworthy business practices. Rose Court senior Living scammed us out of our money. We practiced several days on the dances, drove down there on the agreed day performed a half hour long show for the seniors and the staffs enjoyment. We did our show, everything went great and the seniors and staff were pleased. After the performance we weren't handed our agreed upon payment for some strange reason. They said they'd mail a check. This seemed unusual but I didn't want to rock the boat. So I left my name, address, social security number for them. After a few days back and forth phone calls with an unfriendly receptionist I was told they wouldn't be sending it because of red tape. I should have seen the red flag at first when they were scoffing at the price I quoted them on the phone. I didn't want to lose a paying gig so I wound up discounting the cost of our show. I should have known better. In the end they got their entertainment out of us, and we walked away empty handed. Actually, less then empty handed, because I had spent money on the outfits and hours training that me and my partner did for this specific show. A case of plain old unfair trickery. I don't see why they wouldn't just keep their word and pay us. Beware when dealing with this place.

DO NOT send your family members here. It's dangerous. They take all your money. - Property disappears mishandling of medication (missing/stolen meds) - Patients ending up in hospital do to incompetence of staff - Nobody shows up when emergency cord is pulled - Employees / owners are crooked and only out for all your money - Inadequate medical care - Fraud - Balcony is very dangerous, dry wroughted, place is falling apart. - NO BACKUP GENERATORS when power shuts off (think patients stuck in elevator and without necessary machines) Power was out for 5 hours. It was complete and total darkness : confused, SCARED elderly and disabled patients wandering around terrified! Absolutely awful! Seriously do your own research, talk to the people that live there. This place NEEDS to be shut down!!

I have worked as a caregiver for over 8 years and have been to many assisted living facility but this place scares me, bad bug problem roaches and bed bugs, people with HIV lives there, residents wearing same clothing for days, residents walk around in the middle of the night hungry, no snacks for the residents because of the bad roach problem in the kitchen, very very understaffed, I would never put my family members in a place like that.
