I can't begin to explain how wonderful this place is. I read the previous reviews prior to moving my mother in and I was worried. I went and toured and fell in love with the place. The staff and residents are happy. It smells wonderful. The food is fantastic and the dietary department workers are amazing. I couldn't be happier with the changes that Rose Court has made in management and staffing. I would recommend this place to anyone who will listen.

I recorded two videos of an employee sleeping while a female resident was on the floor crying for help and he would not wake up. I took the video to the administration and not only did they tell me to mind my own business but they broke my confidence and told the employees that I had recorded the video of him this led to the employee hitting me and I recorded another video of him belittling me afther the cops left and when I showed them that video they served me with a 30 day eviction notice and the administration retaliated against me they actually had me petitioned into a phych ward claiming I was suicidal and threatening to shoot up the place to discredit me and I have Carolyn lynch the E.D and tristress Patrick the wellness nurse to thank for all that. All because I stood up for my rights and I'm pretty sure that one of those ladies was having an affair with the employee that hit me wicth is why they probably stuck up for him so much . Because I wasn't the only one being neglected by that same employee there was a bunch of grievances filed against that same employee and they never did anything about it. The only reason he's not there anymore because when adult protective services went to question him he up and quit his job. The administration there needs to be removed they cannot be trusted the wellness nurse tristress Patrick broke HIPAA law by telling me that one of the residents has HIV and they cover so many things up its disgusting. So beware of this plac

Untrustworthy business practices. Rose Court senior Living scammed us out of our money. We practiced several days on the dances, drove down there on the agreed day performed a half hour long show for the seniors and the staffs enjoyment. We did our show, everything went great and the seniors and staff were pleased. After the performance we weren't handed our agreed upon payment for some strange reason. They said they'd mail a check. This seemed unusual but I didn't want to rock the boat. So I left my name, address, social security number for them. After a few days back and forth phone calls with an unfriendly receptionist I was told they wouldn't be sending it because of red tape. I should have seen the red flag at first when they were scoffing at the price I quoted them on the phone. I didn't want to lose a paying gig so I wound up discounting the cost of our show. I should have known better. In the end they got their entertainment out of us, and we walked away empty handed. Actually, less then empty handed, because I had spent money on the outfits and hours training that me and my partner did for this specific show. A case of plain old unfair trickery. I don't see why they wouldn't just keep their word and pay us. Beware when dealing with this place.

DO NOT send your family members here. It's dangerous. They take all your money. - Property disappears mishandling of medication (missing/stolen meds) - Patients ending up in hospital do to incompetence of staff - Nobody shows up when emergency cord is pulled - Employees / owners are crooked and only out for all your money - Inadequate medical care - Fraud - Balcony is very dangerous, dry wroughted, place is falling apart. - NO BACKUP GENERATORS when power shuts off (think patients stuck in elevator and without necessary machines) Power was out for 5 hours. It was complete and total darkness : confused, SCARED elderly and disabled patients wandering around terrified! Absolutely awful! Seriously do your own research, talk to the people that live there. This place NEEDS to be shut down!!
