I have never had someone treat me so unprofessionally. The fact that the owner called me difficult for me asking to speak to someone in their care was ridiculous. This is not a place to take your loved ones. I'm still waiting for a return call from someone at this facility. It's been taking all day. I'm about to do a welfare check from the police to see if my family member is okay. I'll update...

We had my parents and they are very helpful to all the people.

Stay AWAY not a place to put anyone's loved ones. The staff is abrasive and cold. House is hot, staff argues if you open a window or turn on a ceiling fan. Zero activities regardless of the outdated activity schedule. Top ramen was served for lunch consistently. They do not care about hygiene or changing diapers. My aunt was constantly left to sit in her own feces for long periods of time. The response from the staff was unthinkable. Thankful we found a new home for her.
