Administration and staff are unprofessional when I asked questions about my loved one. They lack compassion for the elderly, left in soiled diapers for hours. The elderly are not cleaned, hands are dirty with their own feces. This was found right after eating lunch. There are no recreational activities for mind or body. They are placed in front of the tv or in their rooms for hours not even allowed to lay in bed after sitting long periods. Or when asked to be placed in bed. The families were not allowed to take them outside or even have the ceiling fan on, the staffs excuse was they would catch a cold.

Stay AWAY not a place to put anyone's loved ones. The staff is abrasive and cold. House is hot, staff argues if you open a window or turn on a ceiling fan. Zero activities regardless of the outdated activity schedule. Top ramen was served for lunch consistently. They do not care about hygiene or changing diapers. My aunt was constantly left to sit in her own feces for long periods of time. The response from the staff was unthinkable. Thankful we found a new home for her.
