My wife was in Silverado for four years. From day one the care and compassion was impressive. The caregivers are absolutely the best. Nurses are professional, caring and very competent. And the overall atmosphere is welcoming. Music is a critical part of the Silverado life. Every day there's live music. In addition there's an endless array of games and activities. Residents are kept active and , where appropriate, challenged. My family and I were welcomed with open arms and made to feel that our concerns were important as well as those of my wife. We quickly became part of a warm Silverado family. And for four years we witnessed the finest and most sincere care imaginable. We will be forever grateful for the love and compassion Silverado gave my wife.

My loved one was a resident at Silverado for 2 1/2 happy years, and I am pleased to say I never regretted having placed him there. When I was visiting facilities, most of them were okay, but when the folks at Silverado told me I could visit any time of the day or night, I felt a sense or trust. And I did visit daily, and also at many times of the day and night. I even visited without notice in the middle of the night several times. I was always made to feel welcome, and pleased with what was happening. The staff and management were kind, loving and thoughtful, not only of the residents, but also of us visitors. We were frequently invited to social events, but more importantly always made to feel welcome, even in the middle of the night. Over the years we became friends and bonded with others in the same situation and shared stories, challenges, joys and sometimes tears. The staff supported and loved us visitors with the same kind of thoughtful concern they gave the residents. Management has a talent for finding genuine, kind, and loving staff. And the "Home Office," is very unique in staying involved with each facility and its residents and their loved ones! Silverado was a God-sent to us!

I cannot put into words just how fantastic Silverado of Scottsdale is. I had to move my mother into a memory care facility near where I lived. I checked out many facilities, even doing unannounced drop ins to see the level of care. Silverado came out on top. It's important for the staff to speak fluent English due to the hearing loss of the residence. No other facility I checked even came close. Everyone spoke fluent English. Every day is packed with activities to keep the mind going, especially music. I was worried about the shared room, however; it worked out perfectly. My mom was never alone. And all the dogs running around is just fantastic There was a staff member always available for any needs, even unrequested. Several times I was taking my mother to the bathroom and a staff member would stop what he or she was doing and said "I'll take care of it". Bringing my mother back in after an outing the front desk would call the nurse and before I even got around the corner they were there with her medication. After my mother passed I kept going back to visit all the friends I made there. Unfortunately I recently moved out of the valley. I miss all my friends. They're not the cheapest, but if you want top-notch care Silverado is the only place to look at. Curt Ramon, son of Irene Toton

As a local Elder Law Attorney I never hesitate to refer/recommend families to Silverado Memory Care. Dan and his team are top notch and care for their residents like family!

I can't say enough great things about Silverado, the staff, and the care they provide to their residents. My mom lived at Silverado for 5 years and they were some of the happiest of her life. Even as her disease progressed, she was always smiling, happy, and well cared - both physically and emotionally. The caregivers are amazing people who very much care about and love the residents and exhibit in big and small ways all of the time. Silverado staff not only provide care and love to their residents, but also to their families. They were a great support to me while my mom was at Silverado and after her passing. I will be forever grateful to Silverado and their amazing staff.
