Phedra, Kim White, Tinnita, Janet are pure gold. Always friendly and go above and beyond to be caring and helpful. They deserve special recognition for making this facility pleasant to visit a loved one.

I appreciate a very honest employee that came up to me and reminded me of the money she found in my laundry. God bless her, she should be rewarded.

A dear friend was placed at this facility two days ago. She was taken out of bed while they changed the sheets, and left in a wheel chair for several hours...ALONE. Her husband had to make the bed for her. She was not given her pain med before this. She cannot use her arms at this time so she cannot feed herself,so they wheel her on into the dining room to sit and stare at her food. She is lucid! Can you imagine being hungry and not being able to do anything about it!!!They come to do her physical/occupational therapy while she is sleeping.I realize this occupation is not for everyone, but come on. There are a few Physical Therapists that that have cared, and bravo to them.

I worked here as a Registered Nurse in the rehab wing for two years, leaving 1 1/2 years ago due to my own health problems. Services include short term rehab, assisted living suites, skilled long term care, and a behavioral lock down unit. The employees do their best to take care of the patients/residents but the facility is very old with few renovations and the facility is HORRIBLY understaffed, resulting in minimal care. The halls smell like urine and the carpeting/tile is worn out/cracked. In the SNF (long term care) the residents are packed 3 to a room with one tv and a shared toilet for 6 residents. This facility serves mostly AHCCCS (Medicaid) patients who have minimal say so as to which facility they are assigned to. DO NOT send yourself or loved one to this facility.
