The place has is good at 1 thing looking like a nice place!!! That is a shell, it is dirty, they have no register nurse, no anyone even has any medical care! I was fool and cared for my partner for 12 years, he was there 3 months and fell more there than he did in 12 years from the administration has been greatly blinded by his job and I am in prowess of lawyers and I am very much going to spend my inheritance on closing this place for neglecting the people who are living in this place for any one that is thinking about putting a loved one , don't let it fool u! 3.700 a month tgey will. Not tell u about the 2000 dallor deposit untill u are living there, several times I left $ and 200? 100 at desk for rays needs to get to buy thing at stores and it all conveinatly lost. And he was never taken to store anyway. He died day before labor day and said sorry for your loss but billing doesn't stop untill rm is empty. Of his things which was tv clothes bed. Next day tried to pay balance up to 7th 5 trips later because we're not in or busy on th 9th I waited hour half! And they prorated 9 days instead of 7 when I was ready on the 6th over 1400.oo and at this point I'mhave hired layer?admissions!???staff!!!!beware of the quickness that you are excepted! ????????

If you love your family member, do not put them in here. Lot's abuse, mistreatment, and theft. Facility is fun down and smells like urine.

My Mom lived here for 3 years until her death in 2009. She was very well taken care of by the staff in both the Assisted Living and Dementia Care Units. The staff was always friendly, nurturing and very attentive to the details of her care. The Activities staff planned many fun activities for the residents throughout the year. Mom enjoyed her time at Royal Gardens for as long as she could, until her disease prevented her ability to do that anymore. We felt like she was in the right place, even till the very end of her life. Royal Gardens was perfectly adequate for what she needed, not over the top fancy with alot of bells and whistles, but a place that provided the kind of care that she needed most at a fair price.

This is the best place you could hope to find for your loved one, I felt good every time I visited and saw the superior attention my Uncle was given. This is an assisted living facility not a nursing home. Residents are treated very well and with a great deal of respect. Marshall is an outstanding Manager, housekeeping and food are definitely four stars! I couldn't ask for a better place to assist my loved one with his needs. Most every person I met working here has a gift of compassion. The Marshal said he screens his applicants so that he finds these special individuals. My loved one was here for three years and the staff was consistent, the same individuals assisted him the whole time he was there. He developed a relationship with many of them which enriched his life in a wonderful way. He told me "They understand my temperament." Thank you Royal Gardens!!!

For two years, Marshall and the caregivers at Royal Gardens provided great care for my Mom, with kindness, patience and good humor. The level of care is set by the resident and their family; from active to assisted living to MCU, they meet the need. We spent time there with her, saw what a difference it made - daily showers, rounding by a nurse every two hours, activities and outings. They are incredible, and a blessing. We tried a number of places before choosing RG. It came down to the staff and management. Do they like their work? Care about the residents? Are professional, happy, good at what they do? Have the resources they need? At the Gardens, they do.
