My mom and dad moved in not quite a year ago, after my dad fell and broke his femur. Dad had to be in a wheelchair for months his care was amazing!! Dad is now walking with a walker and mom has dementia, they have all levels of care and activities, outings, games. There is a movie theater room, a hair salon, and bistro. this place is clean, The team is amazing. We've had a wonderful experience here. They're very family oriented, they bend over backwards to make you and your loved ones happy. My parents were even able to bring their sweet dog Bella who lives with them and assisted-living, this has made all the difference in the world for them. Come by and check the place out : ) Tell them I sent you.

I've photographed many assisted living facilities in California and this is one of the nicer ones. It's very clean. The staff is super friendly and professional. I was impressed how they treated their residents. It has a great vibe and it's a place that I would feel comfortable entrusting my loved one to their care. If you live in the valley, I'd definitely give Canyon Trails some serious consideration.

Staff is good but corporate management's priorities after "picture perfect" remodel and hiring of sales staff is being guestioned by staff, residents, and their families. One elevator has been working sporadically and has now been out of commission for a few months forcing patients with limited, i.e. "painful" mobility and their caregivers and family make very long walks to elevator on other side of building and back to get to dining room, lobby, activities etc. Not sure why corporate team doesn't hire an outside company to fix/replace.
