I would highly recommend this facility for anyone that is looking for a home for their loved ones. Everyone is very friendly, helpful and will to go the extra mile for each and every resident. As an employee I love working with everyone, team players, everyone helps each other. If you're looking for a place to feel at home and also love to interact with people then this is the place for you. You get that one on one time with the residents while working. Everyone is very supportive and willing to help you if you need it.

I currently work at Solano Life House and have never had such a rewarding work experience. When I leave at the end of the day I feel fulfilled and look forward to seeing the residents the next day. The staff is truly a team. Of course not all jobs are perfect and there are days when we all grumble, and may be short staffed, but even then we pull together (Management included) and get through the day. Solano Life House believes in pet therapy, music therapy, and taking care of residents and each other. Hugs are very abundant and freely given. When looking for a care facility you will be pleasantly surprised by Solano Life House. I have recommended family and friends to the facility. I know your loved ones with be well taken care of at Solano Life House.

My father in law lived here for just under three years and we were all very happy with the great caregivers who treated him like extended family. Even more importantly, he loved it there because of the kind and personable staff. The staff to residents ratio is higher than the corporate owned care homes we toured and the administrator at SLH is very focused on making the care personal. We saw fancier care homes, but none had the quality of care or personal attention here. We were very pleased with our experience and would highly recommend Solano Life House and the added bonus is that they charge a flat rate for care, unlike most care homes.

My mom lived at Solano Life House for nearly 4 years and I was very pleased with our experience there. I originally placed her somewhere else and that was a HUGE mistake! Once moved to Solano LIfe House she began to feel safe, and eventually began to smile again. The care givers and other staff hugged her, joked with her, and genuinely cared for her and her happiness. As a family member I always watched how the staff cared for not just my mom but everyone living there. Their care and concern seemed to be consistent weather a family member was present or not. The facility manager Mary and General Manager Porter were always open to suggestions and very responsive as my mom's needs evolved. I highly recommend and have referred several friends to bring their family member to SLH. Actually three of them also placed loved ones at Solano Life House and are all very happy with their decision to do so. Placing my mom in a facility was the hardest thing I ever had to do but once at Solano Life House it was the best thing for my mom!
