I have had very positive experiences with Westminster Gardens in both professional and personal interactions. The management, staff and residents have been very responsive, informative, and kind during all my interactions with them. I can highly recommend Westminster Gardens if you are seeking a new home in a senior living environment.

Re: Kim. Yes. I have never worked in a place with HR director be unprofessional, unsupportive and disrespectful. She acts like she own the places and does not think of the consequences to fire people. It is supposed to be a nice place full of caring workers for residents. "Thanks" to that "fabulous" HR director and management, residents will have more low pay fresh graduated to serve them. It is frustrating to witness as the company grows bigger, experienced employees are suffered. Well, one day truth will float on top of the surface. It's just a matter of time. Good luck with their survey and see how GOOD they can be with less experienced people!! May be someone from the top should give local HR director quarterly evaluation to ensure the local HR is not a bully, otherwise, the place will go DOWN sooner or later. They have tones of long term care facilities around anyway.

I highly do not recommend anyone to send your love ones to come here. HumanGood becomes super commercial as a "non profit" company. Your love ones will have new faces, strangers to look after them. Why? The HR director Veronica harassed and intimated old time employees to force them out in a awful and ridiculous way. It is a place with corrupter HR management, how can you have stable and experienced, know your parents or grandparents employees to serve them? The HR director likes to fire people who have experiences. This is one of the ways to stay in their budget. HR and management DO NOT CARE for residents. When you go visit your grandparents. Don't you see the familiar faces are gone and you see newbies every time you visit. The HR and management ignore the connection between the experienced employees and the residents. You paid that much for your parents and grandparents to stay there. Would you like a stable caring employee to serve your loved one or let less experiences strangers to come to your parents' or grandparents' house. It is a shame to say Westminister Garden does not feel liked home anymore. It is more like a hotel for senior. If I have to pay so much for my parents to stay there, I rather pay private caregiver or nurses and order meal delivery for my parents. May be it's even better quality and cheaper! I bet HumanGood Westminister will have a hard time to deliver quality of care due to the corruption and bad management from HR! Keep your elderly love ones to stay away. And don't think of applying there because there're no job security!

It's a good place. Really. There are lots of green plants around this community. I registered a tour for my grand father, and we spent a good time during this tour. The food are good, the staffs are good, and the buildings are all single floor which is convenient for aging people.

It's a really nice place! People here are really kind, and there are always smile on their face. It looks like a big manor designed for older adults. It's definitely the place you will want to bring your old parents here.
