I just moved my husband out of Seaside Terrace. Do NOT under any circumstances place your loved one here. The staff appear to have no training at all and are not interested in providing care, particularly to the level you need and expect for memory care. They allowed my husband to dictate what he would and wouldn't do, resulting in him rarely bathing and infrequently eating. He has lost 20 pounds in the 4-5 months I had him there. After moving him out, I also discovered that several of his medications including his dementia medication have run out and was never told that I needed to order refills. The administration does not provide invoices or bills, so if you need one for your records or insurance purposes you have to ask them to generate them. The building itself is run down, and the memory care unit frequently smells like urine. My husband's room was irregularly cleaned, or the linens changed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

During his stay here (a few years) my father was not properly taken care of. He became infected with scabies because his clothes and linens were improperly washed with that of other patients. His clothes, wallet, and his phone were stolen multiple times from his room to the point where my mom had to buy him a simple flipphone and keep his legal documents. Brown water comes out of the facets in his room. Today, they kicked him out of the facility, with less than 30 days notice, because "they don't have enough staff". People at this facility don't seem to care about their jobs or about the seniors they're supposed to take care of. My family will be sending yet another official complaint to the ombudsman and looking into both legal action and a different assisted living solution.

let me start this with theses reviews are hilarious the own bosses of the facility writing a review saying their parents live at seaside just to make the facility look right.. nope they don't live their i was an employee their. This facility is a mess the new administratore is horrible loud and rude likes to fire their employees that been their for years to bring her own fires people with the stupidest excuse she is ridiculous. Only if you knew how the caregivers from AL side treat their residents their rude and don't know any english, they think the family members don't know any spanish the caregivers talk bad about them resident in spanish. No respect. I would not place family member at this type of facility.

I am genuinely concerned over of the level of care the tenants receive at sea side terrace. The employees seem like they have no training or interest in their jobs. Walking by, i found one of their tenants passed out in her wheel chair ALONE on the side of the street and having a stroke. She was in the sun, couldnt move, and the only movement i got from her when i asked if she was okay was a single tear rolling down her cheek. As i was about to run inside the complex for help, she grabbed my hand and wouldnt let me leave her side. By the time her care taker showed up, AFTER THE AMBULANCE GOT THERE, it must have been 20 minutes. I couldnt believe the level of irresponsibility!!!! Now im watching the ambulance take away another elderly woman who, was also alone on the side of the street, fell out of her wheel chair onto the cement with the same question on my mind: WHERE IS HER CARE TAKER?!?! DO THEY EVEN KNOW WHAT THEIR DOING?!?!?! WHY IS THIS CONSTANTLY HAPPENING?!?!? PLEASE DONT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE THEY DESERVE BETTER!!!!!
