Beautiful lovely place. Delivered packages here today. Gorgeous. These residents are living it up here! Wine tasting. Coffee shop. Gift shops. WOW. Definitely not low income based. Unlike "other" similar places. But seriously I've never seen such a nice retirement community. Kudos to the designers and builders.
