As a healthcare professional, I have the opportunity to visit and serve many facilities and communities in the area. Pacifica is one of my favorite places to visit and serve as when you walk in, you are instantly welcomed by friendly faces. It is warm and inviting and you can tell the staff take pride in their community. I have attended many special events and the residents are clearly happy and thriving! If my loved one needed any of the levels of care they offer, I would sleep very well at night knowing my loved one was at their community.

Pls Beware! Not all is true of what they tell you. Food is terrible & they don't provide a nutrition meal, plus couldn't understand how they could run out of food items, but they had an excuse for that. Family members need to check on their loved ones constantly. Complaints made were ignored about rudeness of some caregivers & most of all the lying those caregivers did, our complaints were ignored or we were always given an excuse. We took mother out as quickly as we could because of an incident w/a caregiver who we had complained about several times. We felt mother was no longer safe in their care. Pacifica broke the contract with us and now they are trying to collect last prorated rent they claim we owe. We understand we will never find a suitable place good enough for our parent, but these places need to listen to the family & residents of their concerns and not make excuses or cover up incidents. All Pacifica had to do for mother was give her, her 3 meals a day, laundry & clean her room, once a week, which was not done often, I had to ask for the vacuum to clean her room. Another big issue we had, is that the door entering the cottage was always left unlock at all hours of the day & night. Anyone off the street could of walked in at anytime. We will be surprised if this is posted on Pacifica's review section. Reviews like these usually don't..

I helped move my friends grandma into Pacifica and it was a great experience! She was treated with respect and was always taken care of. The facility has been completely renovated and looks beautiful. You couldn't ask for better settings or staff!

Have worked here 9 + years. Love the staff. Especially love my residents. The new upgrades have made the place more beautiful. It's home away from home. S. Reed

I love working here as the bus driver. We have a scenic drive, a shopping trip to Wal-Mart, and Church every week. Then once a week we go on a different adventure. Casinos, picnic lunches, garden nurseries, and even the beach. And in between all this fun we go to the doctors.
