We HIGHLY recommend Atria Woodbridge! We wanted the best place for mom, and Atria Woodbridge is it! The staff is friendly, flexible, helpful and supportive. Jessica found us what we needed within our budget. Greg is passionate about providing the best for the residents. Vi will happily answer all your questions about paperwork. Dennis will take time to discuss needs and best services for your family member. Candise is an amazing activities director. Atria is beautiful inside and out with large outdoor garden area for walking. The residents are friendly, and want to have fun. Our mom loves the menu choices and food is delicious. She has become much happier and made new friends. We are so glad we found Atria. We know mom is very well taken care of and the staff couldn't be better.

Elder care is very complicated. However it requires collaboration between the Atria guest, family and the Atria staff. It is unfortunate to note that once your family member needs additional support, there will not be a collaborative environment but there will be a hard core response - at an imposed cost of $500 per day - and I am not joking. My mother has been at Atria since 2014. She is now in advanced stages of dementia and does need alternative care. My sister and I are very involved - we are not a family that boarded their family members and took off; we visited numerous times per week. Atria does not have policies and procedures for the most complicated circumstances. They are not always truthful which is probably the worst of all - they cite government code sections thinking that no one will dig a bit deeper. I plan on contacting their corporate office to disclose the unfortunate ending to what had been a rather positive experience. Shame on you Woodbridge Atria - I will no longer provide the positive input that I once did.

I have known the employees at Woodbridge for over a year now and can say they are a group of dedicated employees who take care of residents very well.
