If there was no stars, I would rate it with that. The administator is downright evil. How he ever got involved in elder care is a mystery. Medical treatment was denied my mother. To justify staffs inability, he cited my mothers poor attitude. I was under impression, that was their JOB. My mother is now in a nursing home, due to neglect. Please go elswhere. Save everyone much heartache.

Do not allow your grandparents/Parents or anyone for that matter to live at this facility! Not only has there been continued neglect with my grandmother that has ultimately led her to her death bed, but the other residents are being neglected. There are a few staff members that are sweet, but the majority of the staff is rude. My grandma has gone without food for FOUR days, left to sit in her Urine (Causing bed sores), DENIED Medication, Theft, Poor food, Searching through personal items( her dresser and closet). She now has dermatitis(Dead Tissue from not being able to move) These incidents are two seperate occasions. Please don't allow your loved ones to live here. ?

So happy my grandmother decided to move in here. I visit her all the time now that she's closer to my apartment and the staff is warm and welcoming.
