Would not reccomend for respite care. Left my mom there for a 10 day stay. When I dropped her off they couldn't find any of her paperwork from her previous stay from a couple of months before. They had to scramble and call her doctor for her medications list. When I picked her up on the day and time, 7pm, as planned they obviously weren't expecting me. Her clothes were still hung up in the closet. My mom was asleep in her bed. When I woke her up I noticed she was filthy, had a diaper rash, her hair was especially oily and was using someone else's diapers. I brought a whole bunch of them and not one was used. Be sure to label EVERYTHING as they lose the things and had to go twice to pick up clothes. We deserve at least half of a refund. Pathetic. Will definitely not be bringing her back.

My wife has been living at Voralto Village at Menlo Park for 5 years. The original name when she moved in was, Nazareth Classic Care Community. From the day my wife arrived the staff has treated her with dignity, love, and respect. The care staff is warm, attentive, devoted, diligent, & responsive to her daily needs. When explaining her care to friends, I have always made clear this, 'extended family' type of care she receives. Care that has continually touched my heart in the deepest way! Voralto Village feels more like a home, than a facility. A very clean home, located in a wonderful residential neighborhood, with a nice garden setting. From my personal experience in visiting my wife 5-6 days a week, I have found the lines of communication at Voralto Village, to be quite open. Camille Christie, Executive Director has maintained a policy of, making herself available to communicate, in her office, by cell, text, or through email. For my wife, it has been important that she be on a healthy restricted diet. A low sodium, minimal carbohydrate, reduced sugar diet, with plenty of fresh fruits, vegetables, chicken, & fish. After communicating this with Camille and the dietary staff, there has been complete cooperation in maintaining this diet. The most recent Comprehensive Metabolic Panel, & Lipid Profile Tests, are proof of just how well this diet is going, as there were no flags. I am truly grateful to the entire staff at Voralto Village, for the outstanding care my wife receives on a daily basis!

I'm a Stanford neuropsychiatrist and my father had been in 5 different memory care and assisted living facilities in the bay area before we found this wonderful place. This by far is the most caring and compassionate small community in the bay area. Great for caregivers working at Stanford or nearby who want to pop in and see loved ones during the workday or week. Cleanest place by far of all facilities I've seen. The price point is competitive and reasonable. Very small, so your family member is definitely not lost or just a number.

Voralto Village is a very clean and welcoming facility. It has patio and walk areas that are wonderful for those able to enjoy and appreciate the outdoors. The administration is willing to work with you and open to listening. The staff is friendly and caring.
