My name is Patsy and I have lived at The Stratford for almost four years. The Stratford is my home and the residents are my family. I have had so much fun since moving here. The Stratford offers so many different places to go each week.. To ride on our purple bus and see different parts of California even if you have lived here for awhile is a treat. I never have to worry about Doctors appointments, meals, cleaning, exercise, staying warm or cool, or finding something to keep me busy. After I had been here a couple of months I wondered why I had waited so long to live here. The managers, directors, servers, bus driver, and caregivers are never too busy to help you in any way. To sume all this up: The Stratford is a great place to live.

My name is Margie and I have lived at The Stratford for going on five years. I am a country girl at heart and making the move was a big decision that I am happy I made. The Stratford is my home and I have made a lot of friends along the way, both staff and residents. Everything from the food to activities is "right up the snuff"! I could not be happier!

My mom just celebrated her 3 year anniversary of living at The Stratford at Beyer Park. This place is A+. The staff is loving and caring. They keep upgrading the building. It feels warm when you walk in, and they treat you like family. My mom is happy, engaged, and loves it here. That is a great thing for our family to know.

I've worked and many assisting livings and long term facilities and this one is by far the best! I was a med-tech/caregiver and everyone works as a team together. Residents never have to wait for their assigned caregiver to assist them, they get help by whomever answers the page. Even the director will work as a caregiver if necessary. The company treats their employees with respect and as adults. You even get a free meal on the shift you work, and that's just one bonus. If anyone has been thinking about applying, do it! Great place to work! Also, if anyone is thinking about a loved one moving in, this assisted living cares more about the residents than anywhere I have ever worked. The staff goes above and beyond to make the residents happy, and not because they have to, but because they want to. Sad to leave but recently became an LVN and had to move on!

My mother has been part of the Stratford Family for almost a year now, and I have seen an incredible difference in her in that time. As one might imagine, she was reluctant to leave a home (that was too big for her to take care of and frankly dangerous with stairs and no one close by on a consistent basis) My husband and I visited several senior living residences in the area, but the Stratford won us over, hands down, based on the beautiful way the property is maintained, along with the respect and love that the staff shows to their residents. My anxiety was greatly relieved when she agreed to move into the Stratford, but she was still unconvinced she would be happy. Fast forward 10 months and she is now fully integrated into the Stratford Family, from calling Bingo, to spending time with residents who have special needs, to being front and center to go on the next outing that is planned for the residents. I am eternally grateful to the staff at The Stratford for being there when I could not to help her realize how wonderful the next stages of her life could be (and trust me, she's taking every moment by storm!) My sincere thanks Stratford!
