This place was my very first job. Let me tell you this woman is SHADY!! From the beginning red flags went off. For example when I went in for an interview she hired me and asked if I could start on the spot. I was naive and also needed the job so I'm sure she picked up on that and took advantage. She had residents that required a hoyer lift or at least a two person transfer but would say "I'm sending someone to help you put everyone in bed" then around 9pm she would call and say "how did it go with so and so" and act all surprised that they didn't show up to help me. By then I had already put everyone in bed by myself and strained my back to do so. The worst part was that she paid monthly and when I finally received my check after 3 weeks it was about $200. I couldn't believe all that work for so little pay. My mom saw my check and immediately knew she was a scammer. I confronted her and she claimed it went to taxes. One of my coworkers worked there for 5 months and she didn't pay her the amount of $800 that she had already worked. We took her to the better business bureau and she claimed that her work didn't meet her standards. You can fire somebody but you can't hold wages for the hours already worked!!! She also would tell people to buy food for the residents and save the receipt for reimbursement and when the time came to pay she would claim it would be in the check and it never would be. In the little time I worked there I saw her take a narcotic from one resident and give it to another who had ran out of a certain med. I didn't know it at the time but HUGE no no. That means she most likely wasn't reordering correctly or on time. I DO NOT recommend you place your family members in her care.

My mother placed my dad in jackie whites facility in June . It was by far a horrible experience . She asked my mother for rent early every month, she at one time asked for 3 months in advance ( the answer was NO)! She gives care givers things like 2 chicken thighs for 4 adults or feeds your loved ones thing like spaghetti and hotdogs. Always check licensing through the state before placing your loved one and I wouldn't put my dog her let alone a human being.
