Nice place for elders to stay & live. Just who they hire are not professional all the workers in the kitchen are all in competition with each other and talk about things that are not even related to work i worked for housekeeping & a server in the kitchen. They laid me off for Being pregnant. But from the resident I heard this is a really good place to live and then is that employees are not professionals

A great assisted living senior retirement community in Petaluma. Good food, many activities, well maintained, caring, conscientious staff.

Our family has been working with Scott at Springfield for many months. He and his entire team is a great wealth of information for not only this community, but assisted living communities. His referral to an attorney was top notch. My Dad has been living is Springfield for just over two months now. He is thrilled. To say he was apprehensive about moving to an assisted living community, would be an understatement. As move in date neared, the staff was warm and welcoming, and made him feel at home. Now that he is there, he has no complaints. Nor do I. I know he is comfortable and well taken care of when needed. I am out of state, and have no worries about his health and well being st Springfield.

My mother-in-law has been there for over 3 years. As her health has deteriorated, the level care was able to keep her comfortable. The staff is like family, the facility is always clean (yet doesn't smell sterile) and the atmosphere is cheerful. Our last meeting with Julie, she assured us we can be loving family and not worry about being care-givers. It is very difficult to do both, especially when we don't live in the area.
