The caregivers are hit or miss. Some are pleasant and compassionate. Others are not helpful, in a rush and unfriendly. They are not very good at keeping to any schedule of care . Mu mothers breakfast plates can sit in her room until late afternoon. It's nearly impossible to get a hold of the nurse on the phone. You will be on hold forever and then one ever answers the phone. Quite expensive. Prices always going up.

Nice at first, once you mention you are removing your loved one they're hospitality and care go right out the window. Extremely unprofessional and really gave the feeling of once they knew they weren't going to get our money anymore they could not care less about our loved one. Would never recommend this establishment to anyone ever again. Please feel free to ask me questions before you think about sending your loved one there. Would not want you to go through what we did.

Atria Rancho Park is a very nice place however, of late they are pricing the elderly out of their apartments. They have annual rent increases of 10% every January (who can afford that in our present economy? Social security increases are 0% to about 2%. In particular, my mom's budget cannot withstand that, and she eventually will be forced out of her home here and have to return to skilled nursing. This is a shame because she is cognizant at 92 and she would rather be with people she can converse with than with people who have dementia at a nursing home. In addition, they are now charging $6 to bring a tray of food up to the resident's room if they don't feel like coming down to the dining room to eat. It used to be $2 per tray. (They basically tripled the price). The price of care has also gone up about $30 per level. Level 1 care used to be $365 monthly and now it is $390

On behalf of our parents who reside at Atria Rancho Park...Never before have we witnessed such a team of caring and dedicated staff members that make up the "Atria Family"! Everyone there deserves special recognition for all that they do and do so very well! We've known right from the start that Atria was and continues to be, the very best place to maintain the comfort and dignity of our elderly parents as well as our peace of mind. Thank You Atria Rancho Park!!
