    Our father has been at the Foothills for about 8 months and we are so grateful for the kind and compassionate care he receives there. Our experiences with ALL the staff members have been so positive. I would love to list all of them by name, but I'd be too afraid to forget someone. It is such a relief to know our dad is safe, happy, and well cared for.

    STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! I had to wait a month since my mother's passing, so that I may write a logical, and not emotional review. I will start by saying that in my mother's almost 5 year stay at this facility, she was befriended by a few of the most loving people shes ever met. Jody in Sales, Debi in Accounting, Heather and Kim who were medtechs, but since have advanced to other positions, Kailee at the front desk, Ian, a caregiver who treated her like his own grandmother and Daniel her server. Mom passed away a month ago from a UTI, a Urinary Tract Infection that all the elderly get, but had increased complications...read on. When elderly people get UTI's the first clue is by the "crazy" things they say. My mother was 100% in the head and did have crazy talk with caregiver PRECIOUS. However, PRECIOUS took it upon herself to not share this with anyone until the day after mom was rushed to ER. She told ME that my mother said "I'm not eating anything from here because they're trying to poison me!!!" After I repeated this to Lee, the Director and all the Mangers, as well as several caregivers, every single one of them said "If mom had said that to them, they would've known immediately!" But PRECIOUS, who has known my mother for almost 5 years, and has seen her go through NO LESS THAN HALF DOZEN UTI'S, told no one! I feel if my mother could've had antibiotic even 10 - 12 hours sooner, her life would've been saved. How many other people have already died...how many more will, by this lackadaisical attitude of PRECIOUS, who is OBVIOUSLY NOT qualified to be around these elderly people if she doesn't even have the BASIC SKILLS to recognize a BASIC symptom and share it!! WITH ANYONE! When she was telling me about it, she was quite belligerent about it as well. My mother ultimately died of Sepsis from the UTI which caused kidney failure and the subsequent failure of everything. This is a woman whose mother and sister lived til 98, even with their own other diseases. My mother should be here today. I spoke with Pam Monday, District Manager, to express my disappointment in this unqualified worker and she specifically asked me not to write a Yelp Review and that she would get back to me. That was 3 weeks ago...she never did. PRECIOUS was not disciplined in anyway and still maintains her job at this facility! Management at Foothills, all suddenly turned Corporate after being so concerned about my mother to start. Everything with this place is the bottom line. Money, Money, Money! Over the years plenty of employees had confided in my mom that they were making minimum wage or close to it. For 100 residents, there is never more than 2 people working through the night and if mom would fall or slip out of bed she often had to wait 45 minutes after ringing her panic button for someone to come and help her. If I could do it again, I would never allow my mother or anyone I know to stay here. Also, two days after mom's unexpected passing, Nurse Breeman had the nerve to call to ask me what the cause of my mother's death was!!! They couldn't wait a week or so??? This was the most uncouth thing I've ever heard of. I was devastated and I had to take this rude call. I felt they were calling to "cover their ass." When I mentioned to Breeman if she had heard about what PRECIOUS did, she told me "no, and she was sorry for the miscommunication!" Twice she said that. I responded with..."what miscommunication...there was NO COMMUNICATION!" I could go on and on...please put your parents ANYWHERE, but here!!

    Was there recently met Benny in the dining area very nice and polite and the dining area was very clean and neat...my grandparents are loving it there..
