What was once a very good facility has now become a mediocre assisted living. The last 2 months have had major problems in the poorly run kitchen. There is no head chef, resulting in a downsized menu and dismal choices of 2 entrees. Not enough servers means a longer wait to be served, along with staff on the floor helping out in the dining room as well. The med techs could use a course in sensitivity training and senior psychology. There are a handful of good aids who are dedicated and responsive to the residents. Otherwise, management should look at Brookdale Uptown and take notes on running a quality assisted living with good staff morale and quality dining.

I love this place. I've worked in a couple assisted living facilities this is the best one by far. I enjoy working here, friendly staff that truly care about our residents. Great home like feeling.

Good caregivers and so loving and friends, but Management is really bad. They started charging for unreasonable and unjustifiable services. I dont' recommend this place. Same expereice here, started seeing low staff, cutting areas that would affect the residence ( my mother). Dont do it.

Great place! Friendly staff, excellent food and fun activities. My loved one really enjoys her stay here and our family finally has peace knowing that she is somewhere safe!

My uncle was a resident at this facility for 3-1/2 years. The first 2 years were good. The remainder was an awful experience. The caregivers were all very good, however management was terrible. We would be billed for services not received. Marie, who was the manager at the time was cod and insensitive to the residents needs. Also they seemed to get new managers about every 10-12 months which is a huge compliant from most of the residents. My uncle passed away at that facility and the morning of his passing I was in the lobby and Marie was there as well. She looked at me and not once offered her condolences. It took us almost six months for them to quit billing us for services he never received. This was after corporate had told them several times to stop all billing. If you are interested in an excellent facility you may want to visit Brookdale in Anaheim Hills. We recently put our mother there and it is an excellent facility. Hard to believe the two facilities are part of the same company
