Your parents are a commodity to the Brookdale Corporation. The Corporation is only interested in making money for investors. Not staff's fault as it seems corporate has reduced staff to levels that they cannot take care of our parents efficiently. For example, (and this isn't the first instance), our mother is on bed rest, she called us at 830 this morning as her portable potty was full. We called the front desk, they said they would send someone up. At approximately 11am, we called to make sure they handled. She said no, and as her lunch was delivered, I heard her ask the server if they could help her. The answer I heard was NO. My brother arrived at 1230 and it still hadn't been emptied. $4700/month of her life savings for this level of "world class customer service".

Not impressed with our experience. Nice staff but professional mistakes on service were frequent. Needs better training, more staffing and new chef.

This place takes such good care of their residents. They have all kinds of activities such as BINGO, outings, Hawaiian luau, black jack, art and music classes, sewing parties, and much more. I would highly recommend this place for your loved one.

Just amazing. Very clean, patients well cared for. Have an aunt that broke her hip, took her to Placentia Linda. She was transferred to Brookdale. Now she doesn't want to leave. Many activities for all, 24 hour visitation.

My husband has been in this facility since Feb.19, he and I have had a great experience-The head nurse Teresa has been our guardian angel. She tackles each situation, good or bad, with professionalism and also with the deepest concern for each. The entire staff has been so very helpful and caring. Randy has handled a few issues I had with fairness and professionalism as well. I can leave the facility after visits and know that my husband is well taken care of which is a great comfort to me. Again, many many thanks to Teresa and your staff.
