They're understaffed and need more nurses, it could take up to thirty minutes for them to respond to the emergency button in the room (not ok at all) especially in the evenings/ at night. Even after saying that was ridiculous they didn't change or say much. They give "free" haircuts but charge $20 anyway, the food is mediocre but they do make sure everyone has eaten. The staff that isn't apart of the nursing is generally rude and dismissive, I asked a man in the office where they offered snacks for between meals and he snapped why would he know, probably cause you work there but thanks for being an ass. Any time something happened with my grandmother it was address because WE noticed long before any nursing staff (rashes, needing a bath, needing a diaper change etc.) I will say Melissa (nurse) and Rebecca (coordinator) were absolutely amazing and without their help and hard work would have given this place one star but they were so kind and helpful to my grandmother while she was at the facility.

The attention is wonderful, all the RN and CNA are competitive, diferents activities ( worship day's, play games, excercise, especial ocations.) for the residents, Residents looks happy and comfortably, they hape have a restaurant and resident can order from the menu. I'm really recommend. Good experience when in here.

Clermont Park has assisted living and continuing care. They believe in the Eden philosphy. The front desk staff are very cordial and alway working to keep the entrance looking fresh. They provide fresh coffee and flavored water every morning and afternoon to keep guest/residents hydrated. The therapist are professional in approach by adapting therapies to each guest/resident needs and/or challenges to overcome obstacles. They even provide you exercises or activities for off hours to work with your loved one. You'll be guaranteed weekly family conferences with medical staff/center director to be kept abreast of progress of guest/resident condition/changes. The doctor ( Dr. Hiner) is very approachable and caring with overseeing guest, yet limited time to really give true scope of long-term range of patient care ?. The Care Associates (Becky & Fifa) were impeccable caring for my family member, but in general all were conscientious and loving. Kitchen personnel and Dietician made sure to adapt meals to personal tastes of guest/patients, while still making it looking slightly appealing.

after checking and visiting a number of facilities - Clermont park was the stand out. it was very highly rated for care received, walking into Clermont park was like coming into my home. it was casual, but so cozy and welcoming. I spoke with residents I passed in the lobby, all of them told me how much they enjoyed living here, told me about the friendly residents ,workers administration. I have lived here a year now and have been rewarded with a whole new life, experiencing that friendliness, helpfulness, stimulation of both my mind and my body through activities that make it worthwhile to get up in the morning

Clermont Park is a warm and welcoming community. You walk in the door and it feels like the building envelops you in a hug. There are many activities that give opportunities for a wide variety of interests. It is a place where people can come to make a life not just sit around and wait for the afterlife. It is a great place!
