We placed a loved one here and the management was terrible. There is some good staff here but unfortunately it only takes one bad nurse to make it a horrible experience. One of the nurses is known to provoke the patients and call the police on a regular basis. Before putting a loved one here I would recommend looking at the local police station to view how many times the local police visit this location. The management team did not reprimand the nurse but instead threatened us. We removed our loved one because they were not getting the care that they needed. We are reporting this place and would highly discourage anyone from placing a loved one here.

If i could give negative stars on this place I would over and over again. The staff are absolutely mean and toxic to other staff and and speak spanish all night and day even around the residence. Thats exposed to be their home and they cant understand anyone. when management is there they are all two faced amd act like they are doing right. Don't bring your loved ones here period.

Don't always beleive what you read. This is an amazing place to work and bring your loved one. It has a great reputation in the community! It is unfortunate to read a review from hateful people!
