All but one of the med techs were nice but extremely overworked. Not a place to put your loved one in if you aren't able to visit regularly. Also, they don't have reliable transportation to doctors offices. The van drivers would have too heavy of a schedule and would be late to doctors appointments.

NO STARS! This place is a horrible place for people to be in, employees and residents alike. The managers do not follow most state board regulations going by their own rules, only enforcing codes when they know state may visit, otherwise its hectic. Most of the staff is on drugs, or just plain felons. The residents are not treated like people nor are they given the care they need. Only a fair few of the floor staff tries and actually does their job.(none of which are managers) My friend witnessed people ignore the residents wants and needs so they can sit around and be lazy. My grandmother is also in a home like this and if this was how staff acted where she lived i would move her immediately. There is no excuse for this, these are peoples lives. Also The director illegally destroys employee documents and withholds paychecks, along with taking money out of them. When my friend got their last paycheck they only got paid for half of their hours, and because of the lack of organization and the careless treatment of classified information there is no proof to fight for the rest of their well earned money. This place is a joke and I am surprised at the horrific conditions in which it is run. I can not believe this place is still up and running. I hope all the residents find better accommodations and this place gets shut down. No place like this should exist.

The worst place to work for. It's not a joke that you have to fight for your last paycheck. The most rude, unprofessional establishment ever.

I've worked in senior living for over a year, would leave 0 stars if possible. Extremely unprofessional, rude management. No nurses, horrible training, very understaffed. Will falsely explain job description to get you to sign on, and have you do absolutely nothing that you were hired on for. Uneducated, insulting executive director and business manager. You will have to fight for your last paycheck if you resign, and they try to get money out of you that you don't owe. Extremely unorganized and lose paperwork with personal information on it (social security number, bank account info). They lie and make excuses. Had to get my attorney and the state involved. Executive director was arrested Sept. 11 and has since been released. Waiting on them to be shut down. Not a decent place for employees or residents. Wouldn't leave a loved one at this facility, worst place I have ever worked.
