Most horrid experience of my mother's life. If your loved one has any ailments other than simply being elderly, prepare to be disappointed. They do not provide the therapy that they promise. Most of the staff are very nice with the exception of one, the maintenance man, Wayne. He has cursed out my mother, made her cry, and has said that she will use her ailments as excuses. This kind of behaviour is unacceptabke when dealing with the elderly and the disabled. The fact is, I doubt they train their entire staff in sensitive and compassionate care. There is such high staff turnaround, it makes sense that they wouldn't be able to train them. If you love your relative at all you will not put them here. Stay away at all costs.
