If there were an option for more than five stars, I would definitely give Westminster Manor more! As an employer, the Manor is hands down the best. They give so much to their employees and truly care for their well being. The incentives, awards, sign on bonuses and random "thank you" gifts truly show that they value their employees. It is a welcoming family atmosphere and from staff to residents, while you're at work you feel like you're at home. I can truly say in all my years I've never had a job that I looked forward to going in to work. Here, I feel like I'm part of a family! Thank you for the opportunity to be part of it! Live well be happy!

We really like best the family atmosphere here. Westminster Manor fits us. The people here are just wonderful, and there are so many things here that are very interesting to do. We really enjoy all of the programming, like musical performances, and nice bus trips to get to other events. We're also really enjoy dining here --the food is tasty, healthful and of excellent quality. It is amazing how competent and caring the wait staff is. I don't know how it could be done any better.

I have been at Westminster Manor for 6 years. During that time, I have witnessed remarkable staff teamwork in times of crisis, (Hurricane Irma), renovations and increase in population. The programming is always resident focused, seeking the highest quality and relevance. We encourage our residents in all their active living pursuits and do our best to make them happen. It is a lovely place to work, and the folks who live here are always expressing their happiness and gratitude for such a beautiful and giving place to live. I am proud to work here and to be part of the Manor Family.

Excellent care for broken hip. My dad was in Westminster for 2 months. The staff is caring, attentive, qualified for their work. The permanent staff and management staff are excellent communicators. We had regular care plan conference calls to review my father's progress. He was included in all the communications. The facility is clean. Programs and social events are diverse and well planned. Occasionally we had a few miscommunications as a result of the temporary staff but they were always quick to fix a situation. For example, getting plastic silverware isn't a crisis, but to my father, it is an offense. The staff brought metal silverware when they overheard his comment. They all made an effort to make him feel at home.

The best part about living here is that everything is so professional! The maintenance of our home, dinner in the dining room, the housekeeping, the classes and activities we have -- everything is very professionally done. The staff are wonderful, friendly and efficient, and we enjoy being with them. Another very important factor to consider is the financial benefit of living here. If you outlive your resources after moving here, they will care for you for the rest of your life. We're very comfortable here. It isn't absolutely perfect, but it's extremely good!
