This is the worst assisting living facility I have ever encountered. Totally neglected my mother. If i left my mother there any longer she would have suffered. The lady in charge of the facility was never available to talk about any issue regarding my mother. She did not want to talk to anyone she is unless, and care nothing for the patience in her facility. I had no choice but to pull my mother out of that bad place (willow manor). Anyone who is considering leaving their mother or father at willow manor please reconsider your decision. The facility where i moved my mother to is so much better. Willow Manor need a major overhall.

BEWARE!!!! nothing but lies. My parent stayed at this facility, it is not what they say it is, she was always forgotten with meds, cant get meds straight, not enough help, she fell and no one came, they have residents wonder all night long. Stay way from the administrator. I would not put my animal in such a place. The phones are always down and that is how you reach help?????????? If your parent doesn't know better I guess that is better, because that is what is mainly in this place and my parent had all there facilities and I don't think they like that .... believe me i have seen from the worst to the better, there is no best. AND THIS IS NOT IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PS FOOD IS GROSS ~~~

My mother has been in this facility for about three and a half years and she is usually joyfully involved in the numerous activities when I show up for a visit. It's actually quite entertaining. Though she is starting to lose her memory she is very well cared for. The staff is always loving, gentle and kind. I rate this facility five stars as it is very easy to communicate with the owners and staff about my mother's progression and the food is great. ( I eat with her when I visit). In summary, this is a very welcoming, family- oriented assisted living facility and it would be hard for me to imagine my mom anywhere else.

I want to thank Willow Manor for the excellent care they gave my Grandmother. She recently passed away at 91 years of age. She was there for 2 years. The staff their was always so friendly. I would highly recommend this facility to others. Peter and his staff are great.

I put my mother in this facility, she was in the early stage of Alzheimer's. They moved her back and forth between rooms and units. She wound up in the locked down unit with the most severe patients of Alzheimer's then they would move her back to the assisted living part. While this was happening a patient walked out of the facility, got hit and killed by a car. This happened in the morning and the facility never noticed he was missing until his family told them later in the day. I promptly moved my mother to another facility. I would not recommend this facility because of these facts and the Administrator is hard to meet with and does not return phone calls.
