I am resident here and I love it. The food is excellent and they have a great selection. They know exactly what I want for breakfast and bring it to my right after I sit down. Everyone who works here is so nice and helpful. It is very easy to make friends here. Everyone is very welcoming. They provide van service for food shopping, banks doctor appointments, pharmacies, outings, etc. I no longer need to drive which I really appreciate. I have a beautiful apartment. The entire building is lovely. Cleanest was one of my top priorities and it is very clean here. The maid they provided me with Princess is the best. They also offer many activities. My favorite is the exercise class.

My mother is here and she is so happy. The staff is amazing. She has some issues with her lungs that can be life threatening if not treated properly. The nursing staff makes sure she is always well cared for. Christopher Robins the Marketing Director was so helpful. He took care of all of my mother's needs and still does to this day. He knows all of the residents by name. The food here is also fantastic. A+++++

The gripes: Wait staff in the cafeteria/restaurant is always turning over. They forget 2 out of 5 things you order, without fail. Even bringing water to the table is a 50/50. Dishes, glassware, and silverware are poorly cleaned, often containing lipstick from previous users. Apartments are very dated. Rates go up every year, and are lower for new residents than for those who have been there for 10 years. New security policy requires visitors to enter through the front doors, but visitors' parking is in the back of the building. Two computers offered for residents are never working; one has even been missing a monitor for months. Internet service is not included. TV service is Limited and low-quality. Reports of Staff stealing from residents' apartments. Phone service goes out for days at a time every few weeks. The good: Location? Residents are friendly? Not enough good things to say. Lost a key senior staff person to retirement and things have been downhill since. Director doesnt care about and takes no action regarding residents' concerns.

My grandmother is here and she loves it. The staff is so friendly and caring. They even have a room on site that residents family can stay in. I stayed in the room for 1 week and saw first hand how well everyone including the nurses cared for my mother. I also ate ever day in restaurant with her and the food was really good.
