My cousin is a resident at Willow Wood and receives poor care. After 3 years her rug has never been cleaned, her walls are marked up and the total care is horrible. She needs care and pushing her call button gets very slow response. Paying many thousands of dollars we should get a better run facility. Everyone should be replaced.

Patient here 3 months. Poor service. Under staffed, when asking why long wait after calling, aides get real defensive make nasty remarks to caller. No padding under rugs, patient fell twice and received serious abrasions. Charges for unprovided services. Can not recommend this facility.
