    Their phone system is horrible. Phone staff is unprofessional. They do not answer calls or return them. If you need to fund out if your loved one is in the hospital don't bother. You'll get the information faster by calling each area hospital. If your loved on goes to the hospital, they won't call you and tell you. Horrible place.
