Dear Cypress Palms Staff, On Saturday, our dear mother, Margaret, passed away in her room at Sabal Palms Rehab Center. Along with the sadness of losing her comes the comfort of knowing she had the best care possible during her last days. She had many friends and held the staff in special regard for all they did for her. In total, she spent about 11 months at the Palms and in spite of her physical conditions, truly enjoyed and respected everyone. On Tuesday, when we were moving her things out of Sabal, you said to me "It's been an honor to serve your family." That caught me speechless and brought tears to my eyes, for at that moment, I truly understood the difficulty of your jobs and how much of a committment the staff has to help and serve our elders and disabled. God Bless all of you! With great respect and love, Tim G.
