The BEST gift our mother gave us was the foresight to plan for her future. And that included long term care. Mom could no longer live at home in early 2017 and so we moved her to The Palace Renaissance where she is thriving. Mom goes out on the two weekly outings and Maggie the Activities Director always sends us pictures. We love attending the monthly family parties (they are amazing), my favorite is Mothers Day! The Champagne fountain this year was fabulous. If anyone has a family member with Alzheimer or early onset Dementia I would recommend The Palace Renaissance. My mom is a resident at the Palace Renaissance. We couldn't be more thankful that we were able to place her there. The attention she gets is wonderful. Everyone is very helpful and goes out of their way. I would highly recommend the Palace for anyone going through this difficult decision.

My family and I were looking for a place that showed compassion towards their residents and let me tell you, these people do their job! The nurses are attentive and kind, we are definitely comfortable with Grandma in their care.

Great company that genuinely cares about the well-being of residents at its communities. The employees seem to enjoy their jobs and residents always appear happy. Families are encouraged to visit often and events are designed to welcome the entire family - young and old. If you're considering a senior community, start with The Palace. You won't be disappointed!

Dear Palace Staff, I wanted to thank all of you for the wonderful loving care that you gave my mother Kathleen Barry Magrath. All of you went out of your way to make the Palace our beloved mom's home for her final years (I think it was six). There are many exceptional memories and kindnesses that you showed my mom and all of us (and as you know there were a lot of us- six children and their spouses and six grandchildren). My mom never wanted to leave her home but she was able to embrace her new life at the Palace. She loved many of the events and activities and all of you. It is hard to not acknowledge each of you individually and the kindnesses that you showed my mom and all of us. I do need to thank Ricardo for the many times he went above and beyond to resolve a difficult issue while remaining calm and professional. Louise, thank you for the attentive medical care and direction that you gave my mom and the many phone calls that you fielded and especially what you did during the hurricane (giving me your cell phone to reassure me and all of us). William and Jerome my mother loved you and the many activities and parties and going above and beyond. Also bringing my mom the balloon and the pictures when she started her final decline. And Patricia what can I say to thank you adequately and to let you know what you did for all of us countless times. I think of you as the heart of the Palace. You dealt repeatedly with concerns that we had and never gave up and always made sure that issues were resolved. We love all of you and thank you for your tender loving care of our mom.
