I have to disagree with all the negative reviews, although I only had experience with hospice. My dad was in the hospice section for a week and the social workers, doctors, nurses, and CNAs were all compassionate. There were even volunteers who sat with my dad when no one was there. I highly recommend this place.

Poor communication and care at this facility. I've had 2 family members stay here over the course of the last 3 years. Same issues each time. The language barrier is challenging and nurses are unable to communicate very basic responses. Nurse claimed that she didn't have time to explain the list of medications being provided. Unacceptable. One of the staff members cancelled my grandmother's insurance while she was here. My mother was denied much needed pain medication and we were told by a nurse that the staff doctor could not write a prescription for her (she's had a standing prescription for at least 10 years and you can't just quit this stuff.) Not recommended if you can avoid. Disappointing and frustrating. Staff aren't accountable for anything and generally feel that everything is not their job.

To start the Cnas are extremely ROUGH and barely speak english. My mother repeatedly would ask for something and the CNA would nod say yes and then completely disregard her. Once in a blue moon we were blessed to have a cna like Karidad who actually showed compassion. The nurses are miserable even the 'unit manager' had a horrible attitude. They give very generic responses half of the time I learned more from google. It was a breath of fresh air when they brought in new nurses like Katelyn and Ms. Rose. After my mother passed I would never put another family member nor recommend this facility.

My 89 year old mom went here for rehabilitation to help her walk and the staff is very nice and the facility is clean. They took very good care of her especially the caretaker assigned to her room. My mother is picky and she even liked it. Thank you to the staff at st Anne's.

My husband had spine surgery n needed inpatient physical therapy along with pain medicine, we arrived from the hospital around 8.30 at night. The place it's not appealing at all, but i wanted to focus on the care. Not all the staff speaks english and my husband was not given the pain medication he needed because the pharmacy failed to deliver it.... my husband signed himself out at 6.30 am the next day he arrived, 10 hrs in the place without his med for pain.... in addition he was placed with a gentlemen in the room that had a horrible cold, when there were other empty rooms. Why would they put a surgery recovering patient with a virus contagious desease to make it worse...... HORRIBLE experience.
